Dr Mohammad Hossein Kowsari has been appointed as the new Head of the Department of Chemistry at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) for a two-year term. The appointment, which follows a decree by the IASBS President, also included an acknowledgement of the services of the former Head, Dr Habibollah Kazemi.
