About CPIM Laboratory

CPIM Laboratory (Chemistry and Physics of Intelligent Macromolecules) at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences focuses on the design, synthesis and characterization of advanced polymeric materials. Our research activities cover smart polymers, stimuli-responsive systems, photoluminescent materials, optical sensors, emulsion polymerization, anti-counterfeiting technologies and functional macromolecular structures. The laboratory aims to develop innovative materials with applications in sensing, security, healthcare, environmental monitoring and advanced manufacturing. Through interdisciplinary research, CPIM Lab combines polymer chemistry, materials science and physical chemistry to create next-generation functional materials.
