I am AKram Rostami. I am currently working as a PhD student in Prof. Hamid Abdollahi’s laboratory, at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences, Zanjan, Iran and simultaneously in Prof. Marcel Maeder’s laboratory, at the University of Newcastle, Australia. My PhD project involved development of new noise correction method, variable selection and variable sorting base on their participation in data variance. We extended the Sensitivity Analysis concept in the abstract space of data. Also we studied about generation the new method for interpolation and extrapolation of positive chemical data. We have further proved that the result of identification method in most of the time is incorrect. So we suggest a solution for this problem. As a part of my PhD project, in Prof. Marcel Maeder laboratory in university of Newcastle Australia, I was involved in the generation of new soft analysis method “Enhanced target factor analysis”. During my M.Sc dissertation, I worked on the project titled “Multivariate Mixture Analysis in non-selective Spectral Chemical Systems Based on Indicator Displacement Assays (IDAs)” under the guidance of Prof. Hamid Abdollahi. My project involves the study of non selective spectral chemical systems. In this study we proposed that the IDA can be used for solve the problem of quantitative analysis in the mentioned systems.
