Research

In our lab we work on DNA repair pathways of cancer cell lines. We try to suppress such pathways and thereby sensitize cancer cells to radiation/drugs.

We also focus on signaling pathways related to invasiveness of cancer cell lines. We apply specific drugs to hinder the metastatic potential of highly proliferative cells.

Theoretical backgrounds are also studied by computational approaches and mathematical modeling.
