Investigation of Explosive Synchronization in Adaptive Duplex Networks.

In this project, we investigate synchronization dynamics in two-layer networks. In fact, the pairing of nodes in each layer will change according to the degree of synchronization of each node with its neighbors in the other layer during the dynamics, thus the dynamics of the two layers affect each other. In single-layer networks, we have explosive synchronization when the coupling coefficient of nodes changes during dynamics according to the degree of synchronization of each node with its neighbors. We want to check this synchronization in two-layer networks and study the effect of changing the frequency of peer nodes and the frustration parameter in this synchronization.

As we know, the structure of neural networks changes during dynamics. This structural change is one of the necessities of the learning phenomenon. Using the tools available in complex networks, we want to examine the structure of a neural network that has changed according to the STDP rule, Communities, Cluster coefficient, and average path length between nodes.
