The SAATEH system

Following the promulgation of the implementing regulations, Paragraph I, Note 9 of the 2019 Budget Law, the Research and Technology Department of the Ministry of Science, Research & Technology, and the Secretariat of the High Council of Science, Research and Technology have made the executive system of Paragraph H, Note 9 entitled “SAATEH” (Executive System of Supply & Demand for Research and Technology) available to academics, researchers and technologists at http://sate.atf.gov.ir in the Iran Research and Technology Management System (MPFA) database.

In order to implement the above regulations, the Treasury General has opened a special account for depositing the resources subject of the implementing regulations and has announced it to companies, banks and for-profit institutions affiliated with the government.

The above companies and institutions deposit the mentioned amount in quarterly instalments, and share their research priorities in the SAATEH system at the above URL address and are ready to sign contracts with universities and research and technology centres to solve their research problems.

In order to use the opportunities provided to universities and research and technology centres until the end of the current year by the 2019 Budget Law, all faculty members are asked to visit the above website and choose their preferred priority from among the companies, banks and for-profit institutions affiliated with the government and register their proposals in the system so that after the necessary checks, steps may be taken to conclude a contract.
