The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The third joint coordination meeting of international affairs managers and experts of Zanjan Province universities has taken place at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS). The meeting was held on Monday, 10 November 2025, and brought together the managers and experts of the international affairs offices of the University of Zanjan, Zanjan University of Medical Sciences and the IASBS, as well as the Head of Consular Services of Zanjan Province, to discuss and review issues and challenges in the international affairs domain of the universities.
According to the report, the agenda of the meeting included examining and raising consular matters related to international students, and discussing the challenges facing the international affairs offices of the province’s universities while following up on the resolutions of the previous meeting. The coordination meeting is held periodically and hosted in rotation by the province’s three main universities, with this round hosted by the IASBS.
Holding such joint meetings is regarded as an effective step towards synergy, improved coordination and enhanced quality of international services and activities within the universities of Zanjan Province, as well as addressing shared challenges in this field.
