The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The large family of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) has sat in mourning for one of its brilliant children and scientific elites.
It is announced with great regret and pride that the PhD student of this university, the esteemed Martyr “Seyed Jaaber Ghaffari”, has attained the great status of martyrdom on the path of defending the genuine ideals of Islam and safeguarding the dignity and power of the Resistance Front.
This precious martyr, who had climbed the steps of research with tireless effort in the trenches of science and knowledge, stepped into the path of jihad with a deep understanding of the requirements of the time, and proved the inseparable link between knowledge and sacrifice with his blood.
The Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) extends congratulations and condolences on the martyrdom of this combatant of the fronts of science and resistance to the university community and the honourable family of the deceased.
Undoubtedly, the name and memory of Martyr Seyed Jaaber Ghaffari will remain eternal in the halls of honour of this university as a model of excellence combined with insight.
