Dr Shahrokh Rahmani

My research interests lie in the intersection of general Linguistics, teaching English, Persian literature, and drama. More precisely, I am interested in research where those different fields might work together or affect each other. To be even more exact, I would like to mention the following as my main research interests:
1- The role of learning different modules of linguistics such as syntax, grammar, semantics, morphology, phonology and discourse on the improvement of Iranian learners of the English language.
2- The use of literature including prose, poetry and drama in English classes to help improve the process of learning.
