The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The Director General of Zanjaan’s Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicraft Organisation, Mr Seid Saeed Safavi, has met with the IASBS President, Prof Babak Karimi.
In this meeting which was held in the IASBS President’s Meeting Hall on Saturday, 12 November 2022, Mr Safavi talked about the main scientific and research activities of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicraft Organisation of Zanjaan. Pointing out the considerable scientific and research potential of IASBS’s Department of the Earth Sciences, he emphasised the need for ties between universities and the Cultural Heritage Organisation.
The IASBS President, Prof Babak Karimi in turn thanked Mr Safavi and his colleagues for visiting the IASBS and called for more collaboration with the Cultural Heritage Organisation in various areas of geology and field visits by the students. In addition to discussions on joint research projects between the two institutions, it was agreed that suitable plans should be made for periodic tours of historic locations in Zanjaan Province for the IASBS members.
