The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the IASBS and Zanjan Rubber Industries Investment and Development Company. The MoU, which includes educational, research and technological collaboration was signed on Monday, 4 September 2023, named ‘National Basic Sciences Day’.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by the IASBS President, Prof Babak Karimi, and the CEO of Zanjan Rubber Industries Investment and Development Company (The Research and Development Division of the Saba Tyre Thread Production Complex), Dr Hossein Sanan, in a bid to establish and develop collaborative study, implementation, technology and research effort between universities and the industry.
In this meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed for the identification of educational, research, and technology needs, localisation and transfer of needed new technologies, implementation of industrial and research projects, provision of laboratory services, and definition of joint courses and fields of study at the master's and doctoral levels.
In conclusion, the two sides agreed that in order to solve the problems and challenges of Zanjan province, they would, in addition to exchanging scientific and research experience, hold short-term and long-term joint workshops and training courses, joint national and international conferences in the fields related to educational and research needs and work towards their development.
