The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

Two cooperation agreements have been signed between the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) and the Department of Education of Zanjan province. These two cooperation agreements, which were signed at the IASBS President’s Meeting Hall on Wednesday 29 May 2024, had been drawn up separately by the IASBS Science House Working Group and the Department of Education of Zanjan province’s Technology Department and the Secondary School Teaching Groups over the previous months.
The objectives of two memoranda were the "optimal utilisation of the capacities of the two institutions to orient and develop the students' talents in order to participate in festivals, scientific competitions and olympiads" and the "exchange of information, scientific knowledge, technical skills and technology in the field of modern sciences, especially computer science and artificial intelligence in order to empower and optimise the performance of both parties in organisational, educational and research fields within the framework of current laws and regulations".
