The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS Central Laboratory has been promoted to the Excellent level in the 10th performance ranking evaluation by the nation’s Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network. According to the report issued by the Strategic Network on the number of services recorded by the member laboratories of this network in 2023, the IASBS Central Laboratory has been ranked 58th among 652 member laboratories in the country.
The Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network (under the ‘Science and Technology’ and ‘Knowledge-Based Economy’ Departments of the President’s Office) provides various kinds of support for its member laboratories aimed at supporting the development of laboratory activities, promoting capabilities and helping with the growth and development and improvement of the the laboratories’ performance. The Network’s level of support is determined every year on the basis of the ranking of each laboratory after performance evaluation according to which they are put into different membership groups: those with membership potential, test members, active members, capable members, distinguished members, and Progressive members.
