The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS’s Acting Head, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has met with the international students studying at the IASBS. This was a warm gathering that took place in the Acting Head’s meeting hall on Tuesday, 22 October 2024 and included students from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Senegal, and Iraq.
At the start of the session, the representative of the international students addressed the challenges and issues faced by the students in the university and in Zanjan. Prof Nasiri listened to the students’ concerns and provided responses to some of the issues raised. He emphasised the need for greater cooperation between provincial authorities in Zanjan and the international students, assuring them of the university's support in facilitating correspondence with those entities and systematically following up on their requests until their issues were resolved.
At the end of the meeting, Prof Nasiri wished all university students great success, especially the international students striving in their academic pursuits.
