The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

روز یکشنبه ۱۲ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۳ مصادف با اولین روز ماه پربرکت رمضان، دکتر سعداله نصیری قیداری، رئیس محترم دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان، در ویژه برنامه انس با قرآن کریم در مورد موضوع «آیات نجومی قرآن از منظر اخترفیزیک» سخنرانی کردند.
ابتدا ایشان، به تاریخ علم نجوم و نظریه‌های زمین مرکزی، کهکشانی و کیهانی، اشاره کردند. سپس ایشان پیشرفت‌های کنونی تجهیزات رصدی و نظریات اخترفیزیک را برشمردند و به موضوع اعجاز علمی قرآن پرداختند. همچنین دکتر نصیری قیداری، با اشاره به بیش از ۱۰ آیه قرآن، این آیات را از منظر علم اخترفیزیک مورد بررسی قرار دادند.
ویژه برنامه انس با قرآن کریم با همکاری هیات فاطمیون دانشگاه هرساله در ماه مبارک رمضان برگزار می‌شود. این ویژه برنامه شامل مجموعه سخنرانی‌های مختلف، اجرای برنامه‌های ختم روزانه یک جزء قرآن، ویژه برنامه احیاء شب‌های قدر و ... می‌باشد.
