The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has visited the Amaj Innovation and Technology Factory. The visit took place on Saturday, 9 March 2025, in order to strengthen the IASBS relations with the regional industries.
During the visit, Prof Nasiri toured various sections of the facility, including the Rooyesh (Growth) and Pooyesh (Dynamism) Centres, Freelancer workspace booths, the ‘Denj’ (niche) collaborative work space, the conference room, meeting rooms, a specialised audio and visual studio, the networking meeting hall, an educational cinema, and a specialised business accelerator centre.
Covering an area of over 5,000 square metres of collaborative work space—the largest centre of its kind in northwest Iran—the Amaj Innovation and Technology Factory hosts 23 resident companies and provides 120 startup and shared workspaces. The centre integrates innovation from diverse industries, such as fashion and clothing, handicrafts, art and media, artificial intelligence and programming, gaming and entertainment, education, urban management, and food industries.
During this visit, valuable discussions and agreements took place regarding opportunities for collaboration between the IASBS members and the centre, emphasising the importance of sustainable partnerships and expanding interactions.
