The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has issued a decree appointing Dr Iman Monsef as the Director of the University's Central Laboratory. In the appointment decree, Prof Nasiri has asked God the Most High to grant Dr Monsef success in carrying out his assigned responsibilities. In a separate letter, the IASBS President also expressed gratitude to the former Head of the Central Laboratory, Dr Hamidreza Shahsavari, acknowledging his valuable services.
Dr Iman Monsef's decree states:
“Greetings and with prayers for acceptance of your good deeds and worship.
With reference to decree number 100/1039286 dated 5 January 2025, and in recognition of your knowledge and experience, you are hereby appointed as the Head of the University’s Central Laboratory from 16 March 2025, for a period of two years, alongside your current educational and research duties.
Undoubtedly, developing the Central Laboratory to effectively utilise the University’s hardware, equipment, and software resources will significantly enhance the educational and research standing of the IASBS.
I hope that, with trust in God the Most High and in consultation with your distinguished colleagues, you will dedicate your efforts to implementing the University’s strategic development plan and achieving upstream document objectives, particularly the Comprehensive Scientific Roadmap of the country and the Islamic University Charter.
I pray to God the Most High to grant you increasing success.”
