The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The 20th annual celebration of Research & Technology Week in Zanjaan Province was hosted by the Islamic Azaad University of Zanjaan on Tuesday, 17 December 2019, with the participation of the members of Zanjaan’s Administrative Council and university lecturers, students and researchers.
In this ceremony Dr Shiva Akbari Birgaani, a faculty member of the IASBS Biological Sciences Department was praised as a Superior Technologist in the Province, Dr Rahman Norouzi, from the IASBS Department of Physics was applauded as a Select Researcher for publishing a prominent paper, and Mr Hamed Nasrollahi, the CEO of the Intelligence, Data, Aim Company (IDA), was commended as a Superior Technologist in Zanjaan Province for producing systems of data collection and processing using the SKADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software with communication through the Internet of Things (IoT).
