Faculty members' and the university staff's health was monitored

The evaluation phase of the health monitoring plan for faculty members and staff at the University of Zanjan's Graduate Studies Graduate School was held July 24-28. At this stage, more than 85% of the faculty members and staff were evaluated for assessing body composition and assessing skeletal and muscular abnormalities. The first phase of the project, which was organized on several occasions on July 11 and 12 in a workshop familiar with the ergonomics of the combination of the human body and its abnormalities in the workplace, was also welcomed. In the assessment phase, more than 115 employees and more than 72 faculty members were evaluated using physical therapy and physical examination and identified musculoskeletal abnormalities using new technologies. Using the results obtained in this evaluation, in the final stage, corrective solutions will be presented to each faculty member and staff of the university. The ultimate goal of the health monitoring plan is to increase the level of health and well-being, which, by identifying skeletal, muscular, and ergonomic factors, suggests a set of practical solutions to improve lifestyle trends. Improving job satisfaction is one of the main achievements of this project for faculty members and university staff.
