The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

Dr Saifollah Rasuli, an Associate Professor of Physics at the Physics Department in the IASBS has been appointed as the Head of the National Elites Foundation in Zanjan Province.
In the letter of appointment, the Acting Director of the NEF, Dr Mahmood Sa’adat Foomani has called on the new Head to endeavour to increase the impact of Zanjan Province‘s elite manpower and to bring about and strengthen cooperation and collaboration between the elite and the officials in the Province.
He has called on Dr Rasuli to make optimum use of the Province’s strengths in order to create harmony among the elite in the Province and to help identify and support their valuable efforts and contributions within the framework of the NEF articles of association, rules and regulations, and objectives.
