The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A two-member team of school students from the "Girls School for the Talented 2" in Zanjan specialising in mathematics has won the first place in the 9th round of the Khwarazmi Youth Festival.
The members of the two-person student team, Ms Sana Hosni and Zahra Mojtahedi, won the first place in the Khwarazmi Youth Festival with a project in mathematics entitled "The Venn Diagram" under the supervision of a faculty member of the Department of Mathematics at the IASBS, Dr Mohammad Farrokhi Derakhshandeh Ghouchan.
The student team was honoured along with the winners of the A-lympiad competition in a ceremony held on this occasion on 15 May 2023 at the IASBS Science House amphitheatre. The IASBS wishes success for the student team.
