The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

In the academic year 2022-2023, more than 2000 students were the recipients of the programmes and activities of the University's Science House.
During this period, 1468 students from different schools of Zanjan province visited the "Wonders of Science" exhibition. In the Wonders of Science exhibition, which was established with the aim of promoting the basic sciences, as well as discovering and guiding talents in the Science House, students were introduced to the basic concepts of the basic sciences in a simple, demonstrative and exciting way with the help of scientific-demonstration tools of the Science House. Each of the basic science fields has a specialised booth in the Wonders of Science exhibition, and the implementation of the programme in the booths is the responsibility of the IASBS postgraduate students.
In addition, last year, 587 students from 76 villages of Zanjan province enjoyed the benefits of the "Science Ambassadors" project. In this completely free service project, the executive staff of the Science House go to the less privileged and mostly rural schools of Zanjan province and implement a scientific-promotional programme for the students of those schools.
Appreciating the successes achieved and praising the efforts made by the executive staff of the Science House, the University management emphasizes the need to expand the activities and promotional programmes of the Science House in accordance with the promulgated plans and policies.
