The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The Minister of Science, Research and Technology has granted the IASBS permission to issue academic certificates and to sign theses.
Direct and diligent follow-ups by the President of the University has resulted in a permission to be granted to the IASBS for the delegation of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology’s signature to approve the validity of academic degrees. Only a few universities have been granted permission to certify academic degrees and to sign theses.
The license was granted to the IASBS in a letter, dated 12 August 2023 reference number 115319/11, approved by the distinguished Minister of Science, Research and Technology after reviews by experts at the Graduate Department of the University Students Organisation and review meetings at the Higher Education Monitoring and Evaluation Centre of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
The license gives the IASBS the authority to issue different kinds of academic certificates and to sign student theses according to the regulations and guidelines approved by the University Students Organisation, for a one-year trial period, which may be extended up to five years.
Expressing gratitude to the distinguished Minister of Science, Research and Technology, Prof Zolfigol, and the Deputy Minister for University Students and Head of the University Students Organisation, Dr Dadashpour, the IASBS President praised the personnel of the IASBS’s Postgraduate Education Unit for their efforts and congratulated all IASBS members for the success in obtaining this license.
