The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

IASBS faculty and students have been praised as selected researchers and technologists in Zanjan province in a ceremony marking the 24th anniversary of Research and Technology Week.
The ceremony, which was hosted by Zanjan University on 6 December 2023, was attended by members of the administrative council, faculty, students and researchers of Zanjan province.
During the ceremony, Dr Abolfazl Rezaei, a faculty member of the IASBS’s Department of Earth Sciences, was honoured as a select researcher in the Province. Mr Ramin Jamali, a PhD student of physics at the IASBS, and Mr Mohammad Reza Yousefshahi, an IASBS MSc graduate in chemistry were also praised. Finally, Dr Fereshteh Baghizadeh from Zarjouyan Offshore Company, housed in the IASBS Science and Technology Park, was honoured as a select technologist in Zanjan province.
The Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences congratulates the selected individuals and wishes them ever increasing success in their future endeavours.
