The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A project proposed by Dr Parvin Razzaghi, an assistant professor at the IASBS’s Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, has been chosen as the Select University/Research Project of the current Iranian year 1402 (2023-2024) and Dr Razzaghi has been applauded as the Select University/Research Project-Executive by the Office for Communication with Society and Industry at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The title of Dr Razzaghi’s project is “The design of safe domestic crossings and the updating of safe border crossings”.
The Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) congratulates Dr Razzaghi and the Society and Industry Relations Office for this success and wishes her ever increasing success.
