The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The Director General of Communications and Information Technology of Zanjan province has met with the IASBS’s Acting Head.

The Director General of Communications and Information Technology of Zanjan Province, Dr Farzad Tavakoli, has met with the IASBS’s Acting Head, Dr Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari. In this meeting, which took place on Tuesday, 24 October 2024 in the office of the IASBS’s Acting Head, Dr Tawakli talked about possible scientific and research activities that could be carried out at the General Department of Communications and Information Technology of Zanjan province in collaboration with the IASBS.
The IASBS’s Acting Head, Dr Nasiri, thanked Dr Tavakoli and his colleagues in response and talked about the possible areas of close collaboration between the Department of Communications and Information Technology and the IASBS. Pointing out the high scientific and research potential of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences, he emphasised the important role played by universities in the education of the youth and increasing the level of scientific preparedness in the labour market, especially in information and communications technology.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Communications and Information Technology DG of Zanjan Province, Dr Tawakli, pledged to prioritise special collaboration with various departments and sections of the University, including the Science and Technology Park and the Department of Physics.
