The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS has held its first new University Council meeting. The meeting, which was held in the Meeting Hall of the Department of Physics took place on 15 October 2024 and was attended by the university's board of trustees, the heads of departments and research institutes, managers, and selected faculty members and topics such as equipping the specialised laboratories, completing the construction of the Department of Biological Sciences building, the proposal to establish innovation centres in the Science and Technology Park, the follow-up on new programmes being established, and various ongoing university matters were discussed.
Decisions were made regarding the above issues, and it was determined that on 4 September 2025, coinciding with the birthday of the great scholar Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, a specialised conference in the field of basic sciences be held. Given the university's goal to increase the enrolment of students in the basic sciences to 2,400, it was decided that this objective should be achieved through greater efforts by managers and all university members.
At the end of the meeting, the IASBS’s Acting Head, Dr Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the former university president, Prof Babak Karimi, and all the managers who had collaborated during his term in office.
