The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The Acting Head of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS), Dr Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has, in a recent decree, appointed Dr Davood Abbaszadeh as the official responsible for following up the establishment of the IASBS Patrons Association. Prof Nasiri has expressed hope that Dr Abbaszadeh will be successful in his new responsibility.
The appointment letter states:
"In accordance with the decision number 183 dated 21/10/2024 by the Board of Trustees of the university, and considering your commitment and capabilities, you are hereby appointed as the Head of the initiative to establish the IASBS Patrons Association. It is expected that you will diligently and persistently work on this important matter and play a significant role in creating connections and mobilising the material and spiritual resources of benefactors and philanthropists. I wish you increasing success from the Almighty."
