The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

در پایان سال ۱۴۰۳، شمار دانش‌آموزان مناطق کم‌برخوردار بهره‌مند از طرح ترویج علم دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان از ۴۰۰۰ نفر عبور کرد.
این طرح که از مهرماه ۱۴۰۱ توسط خانه علم دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان با نام «سفیران علم» اجرا می‌شود، با خدمت‌رسانی به ۱۶۵۸ دانش‌آموز در سال جاری، به تعداد ۴۴۶۰ دانش‌آموز بهره‌مند از این خدمات، از ابتدای طرح تاکنون رسیده است.
در طرح سفیران علم، کادر علمی-اجرایی خانه علم دانشگاه متشکل از دانشجویان و اساتید، با سفر به مدارس مناطق کم‌برخودار استان زنجان، به معرفی رشته‌های علوم پایه و اجرای برنامه‌های متنوع ترویجی از جمله انجام آزمایشات جذاب علمی برای دانش‌آموزان می‌پردازند و سعی دارند با آموزش غیرمستقیم، انگیزه و رغبت نسبت به ادامه تحصیل در رشته‌های علوم پایه ایجاد نمایند.
این طرح که با حمایت کامل و مستمر مدیریت دانشگاه و همراهی اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان زنجان انجام می‌شود، به اغلب بخش‌های هجده‌گانه همه شهرستان‌های استان زنجان خدمت‌رسانی نموده است و دانش‌آموزانی از بیش از ۳۰۰ روستای استان، از مزایای آن بهره‌مند شده‌اند.
