The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

Dr Ali Asadian, a faculty member in the Department of Physics at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) in Zanjan, has been selected by the American Physical Society as one of 160 outstanding referees for its family of journals in 2025. These individuals were chosen from among more than 50,000 referees affiliated with research institutions around the world.
The university administration has extended its congratulations to all IASBS faculty members, particularly Dr Ali Asadian, on this achievement, and wishes him continued success in all scientific and academic endeavours.
