The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

طی حکمی از طرف دکتر سعداله نصیری قیداری، رئیس محترم دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان، مهندس مجتبی شهیدی به عنوان مدیر امور تربیت بدنی دانشگاه منصوب شد. دکتر نصیری قیداری موفقیت ایشان را در انجام مسئولیت محوله از خداوند متعال خواستار شدند. همچنین رئیس محترم دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان در نامه‌ای جداگانه از زحمات دکتر ابوالفضل رضایی مدیر پیشین امور تربیت بدنی دانشگاه، تشکر و قدردانی نمودند.
در حکم مهندس مجتبی شهیدی آمده است:
نظر به مراتب تعهد، دانش و تجارب جنابعالی، به موجب این حکم به مدت ۲ سال از تاریخ ۱۴۰۴/۰۶/۲۳ به سمت "مدیر امور تربیت بدنی دانشگاه" منصوب می‌‌شوید. امید است با توکل به خداوند متعال و همفکری با همکاران محترم، برنامه‌ریزی مناسب در جهت ارتقای عملکرد ورزشی در راستای اجرای برنامه راهبردی دانشگاه و همچنین تحقق اسناد بالادستی به‌ویژه سند دانشگاه اسلامی را به سرانجام رسانید.
انتظار می‌رود، ایجاد نشاط و توسعه فرهنگ ورزشی در بین دانشجویان، اساتید و کارکنان دانشگاه، استفاده بهینه، پایدار و همگانی از اماکن ورزشی، برگزاری مسابقات ورزشی و نظارت بر حسن اجرای برنامه‌های ورزشی و دیگر وظایف محوله در مجموعه اهداف و وظایف سازمانی دانشگاه بصورت جدی مد نظر باشد.
