The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A meeting of the academic members of the Earth Sciences Department with representatives of the Zanjan Province Water and Wastewater Company has been held. The meeting, which took place on 4 November 2025 had been convened to introduce the capabilities of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) and was attended by several members of the Earth Sciences Department together with representatives of the Zanjan Province Water and Wastewater Company. In this session, topics such as completed actions, ongoing work and future plans for the distribution, consumption and recycling of water at the regional level were presented, and suitable solutions were proposed.
The Earth Sciences Department welcomed the issues raised and declared its readiness for joint scientific and cultural collaboration. Holding a joint scientific workshop and making use of IASBS students as “water ambassadors” were among the key outcomes of this meeting.
