The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The meeting, entitled “Enhancing Water Literacy with a Focus on Water Challenges in Iran and the World”, will be accompanied by a ceremony introducing Iran’s first “Water-Friendly University”.
The event is to be held on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
The venue will be the Auditorium of the Department of Chemistry, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS).
Attendance at this programme will provide a valuable opportunity for the exchange of ideas, the enhancement of water-related knowledge, and scientific interaction between the Institute and the Zanjan Province Water and Wastewater Company.
All members of the University are invited to attend and contribute to the enrichment of this event through their participation.
