The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President has attended the Mehraneh Charity Association in Zanjan to take part in a free cancer screening programme offered to university members. The visit followed a public notice issued by the association announcing the availability of the screening services.
Following the announcement by the Mehraneh Charity Association regarding the provision of free screening services for university members until the end of Bahman this year, the IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, visited the association together with the IASBS Vice-President for Administrative, Financial, and Educational-Research Affairs, Prof Rashid Zare-Nahandi. During the visit, screening tests were carried out, and the importance of prevention and early diagnosis of diseases was emphasised.
In this context, all university students and staff are invited to take part in the screening programme within the announced timeframe, in view of the critical role of prevention and early detection.
