In continuation of the red line of Ashura and following the terrorist and cowardly crime of global arrogance and international Zionism, the heavenly and sacred soul of the rightful successor of Ruhollah, the wise sage and the insightful watchman of the Islamic world, Ayatollaholozma Imam Khamenei (may our souls be his ransom), has ascended to the divine realm.
He, who was at the helm of the ship of the revolution for more than three decades during the stormiest period of contemporary history, with exemplary courage and relying on divine faith, was not only the guardian of territorial integrity and the honour of Iran, but also the architect of modern Islamic civilisation, the greatest supporter of the scientific movement, and the reference point for the country's elites. The inspired leader, whose scientific comprehensiveness, unparalleled wisdom, and steel will had turned him into a symbol of the invincibility of the nation against disbelief and tyranny, finally received the reward of years of struggle and night vigils with the great medal of martyrdom in the most beautiful divine destiny.
While expressing condolences for this devastating and heartbreaking tragedy to the presence of the Pole of the Universe, Hazrat Baqiyatallah al-Azam (may God hasten his reappearance), and the entire brave and noble nation of Iran, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) announces that although the pure body of this freedom loving leader has left us, his intellectual school and bright path will remain surging in the veins of this land. We, the elites and academics, supported by the pure faith and the firm resolve learned from that wise elder, will stand more than ever in the path of promoting the flag of science and power of Islamic Iran.
The pure blood of this high-ranking Seyyed has breathed new life into the body of resistance, and undoubtedly, the perpetrators of this heinous crime will pay a regrettable price in the flames of the holy wrath of the Islamic nation.
