The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS Department of Mathematics is admitting PhD students in the 2021-2022 academic year through an Entrance Examination held in 2021.
The PhD applicants will be considered in the following branches,
Analysis: 2 students
Algebra: 2 students
Geometry: 2 students
Applied Mathematics: 3 students (one student in Numerical Analysis and 2 students in Financial Mathematics)
The admitted students may make use of various financial support mechanisms available such as Teaching Assistantship, Research Assistantship, and payment of expenses to participate in domestic and foreign meetings. They will also be provided with office space and other amenities.
