The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS has gained the first place in Martyr Rajaaee Festival 2021 in the evaluation of special indicators for non-medical universities of Zanjaan Province.
A ceremony was held in the Zanjaan Provincial Auditorium on Saturday 28 August 2021 to applaud the winners of the 17th Martyr Rajaaee Festival. During the event which was attended by the Governor of Zanjaan, Dr Fatollah Haghighi, and heads of government organisations in the Province, the IASBS President, Prof Babak Karimi was commended for his sincere and effective service and for gaining the first place in the Festival's evaluation of special indicators.
The 17th Martyr Rajaaee Festival sought to carry out general and special evaluations of 57 government organisations in five categories, 21 indicators and 62 indices.
The IASBS President congratulates this achievement to the lecturers, staff and students of the University who made this success possible through their continued endeavours and efforts.
