Following a request by IASBS students to increase the speed and improve the access of university members to the Internet in the last Q&A session with the university authorities held on 28 June 2023, on the order and follow-up of the IASBS president and the efforts made by the Information Technology and Computer Services Centre, the University’s Internet bandwidth has been doubled.
The activities of the IASBS Information Technology and Computer Services Centre in this regard included doubling the allocated bandwidth of the university members and changing Internet access from static to dynamic. The installation and operation of 24 network sockets in the study halls of female dormitories, upgrading the switches and replacing the old access points in the dormitories, and in some cases, changing the cabling of the dormitory network has resulted in an increase in Internet access for students.
