The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The Vice-President for Science & Technology, Dr Sorena Sattari, has visited Biotechnology Incubator 2 (BI2) at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS). Dr Sattari, who was on a one-day visit to Zanjan on Tuesday, 2 July 2019 (11 Tir 1398) was accompanied by a delegation from Tehran, the distinguished Governor General of Zanjan Province, Dr Haghighi, and Zanjan and Taarom’s Representative to the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Dr Ali Vaghf-chi.
After inaugurating the Biotechnology Incubator’s new building, the Vice-President for Science & Technology visited an exhibition in BI2 on the unit’s operating in the Science and Technology Park. In this exhibition, 55 private firms and 12 science-based companies provided comprehensive reports of their activities at the STP. Members of the boards of 10 of the companies present at the exhibition comprised faculty members of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences in Zanjan.
Following the visit, Dr Sattari took part in the 5th Session of the Economic Resilience in Zanjan Province to look into the overall performance of the Working Group on the Economy of Science-Based Companies.
